To ensure we can assist you quickly—even when there is no service partner in your vicinity—we collaborate with our experienced service partner, WunderFix.
WunderFix provides support through remote diagnostics and the coordination of repairs—professionally, and always in close consultation with our team.

Modern Assistance – Flexible and Efficient
With WunderFix’s Remote Repair Service, we offer you a modern support solution that can provide rapid clarity in the event of a warranty or guarantee claim:

Diagnosis via video call with experienced mechanics

Support for self-help with simple cases

Arrangement of a workshop appointment, if necessary

Coordination of the appropriate spare parts in consultation with Aventon
Here's how it works.
1) You contact our Aventon support. In the case of a warranty or service issue, you always contact us first.
2) We check the best solution. Depending on the case and location, we either involve an Aventon service partner or additionally WunderFix.
3) If we involve WunderFix, they take over further communication. You will receive an invitation to a video call via email. WunderFix will then contact you directly and accompany the next steps.
4) Solution via video call or workshop appointment near you. Many issues can be clarified in the first conversation. If not, WunderFix will organize an appointment with a partner workshop on our behalf.
WunderFix contacts you exclusively on our behalf and in close coordination with Aventon.
